Company Services & Expertise

We provide a seamless transition from initial concept to final construction. Our team offers expert architectural and engineering solutions, specializing in comprehensive pre-design consultancy, technical project development, and advanced dry construction systems.

01.
Pre-design Documentation

Clarification and preparation of all necessary preliminary documentation.

02.
Conceptual Design

Development of the building’s overall vision, including property placement (siting), functional spatial distribution, and selection of materials.

03.
Technical Design

Preparation of a complete documentation package (drawings, schemes, reports, bills of quantities, specifications, etc.) in a scope sufficient for obtaining a Building Permit and proceeding with construction.

04.
Interior Solutions: Partition Walls

We specialize in the delivery and installation of high-quality internal partition walls.

Construction Process

A time-tested construction method, primarily used for industrial and commercial building until now, finds a new interpretation and application as single-family houses, holiday bungalows, or offices, finished with a modern look.

The Supporting Structure

It is constructed from Ɪ-beam rolled steel profiles that form a steel truss. The span distance covered by the truss is 12 m. This truss is repeated modularly every 6 m until the desired footprint/base of the building is achieved. The trusses are interconnected via purlins and beams with rigid joints, ensuring stability and spatial resistance of the structure and the building.

Versatile Applications

This structural scheme can be applied to individual buildings or entire complexes. It supports various functions, including:
• Single-family residential buildings of various sizes and numbers of floors.
• Holiday-style bungalows.
• Offices or showrooms for car dealerships, retail, or warehouse bases.
• Annexes and additional outbuildings.

External Facade Walls

Various systems are available depending on client preference, building purpose, and budget:

Thermal Panel

It has a thickness of 10 cm, polyurethane foam core, and a wide range of color options. It is installed on a frame of steel profiles attached to the supporting structure. This is relatively the most budget-friendly and quickest option for execution. Depending on the type of building and the client's preference, gypsum board lining can be added on the interior, while the exterior can serve as a base for various finishes – stone, wood, ceramics, etc.

Knauf External Wall System

These are time-tested dry construction systems. The Knauf W333 external wall system is a non-load-bearing external wall for buildings with concrete or steel supporting structures. It consists of a metal profile frame, a double-layer interior lining of gypsum boards, an exterior cladding of gypsum fiberboards, as well as additional insulation and sealing layers. It is implemented in single-family houses, as well as in public and multifunctional buildings. The exterior finishing layer can be facade plaster or another decorative cladding.

Fiber Cement EPS Sandwich Panels

Reinforced fiber cement boards with a core of cement and EPS foam particles. The panels come in various thicknesses and can be used for the construction of both external non-load-bearing walls and internal partition walls.

Glass and/or Suspended Facades

Provides a modern business look suitable for offices, showrooms, and other representative spaces.

Internal Partition Walls

They are constructed using various dry construction systems, such as layered assembly, utilizing materials based on the client's preferences and the specific requirements of the building.

Roof and Roofing Materials

The roof is designed with a 10% slope, with drainage via gutters and downspouts (either external or connected to the sewage system). The choice of roofing materials is diverse and once again depends on the building's purpose, the client's preference, and the budget.

Thermal Panels

Polyurethane foam core with varying thicknesses. They are installed on a steel profile frame attached to the supporting structure – a rapid execution method that simultaneously provides thermal and hydro-insulation.

Layered Assembly

Typically involves LT corrugated sheets on the steel structure, followed by insulation, and finished with standing seam metal roofing.

Fiber Cement EPS Sandwich Panels

Thickness of 50-60 mm. They are also applicable in roof construction and can be used as a base and a layer with partial thermal insulation, upon which the remaining roofing layers can be added according to the needs and requirements of the building.
